Get into the holiday spirit by making these Grinch cookies.
The cookies are perfectly sweet, cakey, and delicious.
Each one is coated with powdered sugar and decorated with a mini red heart sprinkle.

These festive cookies are very easy to make and only require simple pantry ingredients.
They are the best snacks to munch on while watching the Grinch!

Whisk until well combined.
Step 3:
Cut the butter into tablespoons, then add to the flour mixture.
Next, add eggs and vanilla.
Beat on medium speed until combined using an electric mixer.
Add 2 drops of food coloring and beat until the dough turns green.
check that there are no white streaks.
Step 5:
Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough and form into a ball.
Roll into the cornstarch mixture until well-coated.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
Place them on the prepared baking sheets about 3 inches apart.
Slightly press down on the tops.
Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
