Meatloaf is always present at any gathering in our family.
We have a celebration soon, and I was assigned to make it.
I also realized that I dont have a loaf pan at home, so this was perfect.

It was surprising how it turned out!
I couldnt believe how juicy, moist, and flavorful it was.
Its definitely one of the best recipes I made in a while.
Add 1 cup of milk, soak the bread, and mush it.
Step 2:
Place the ground meat into a bowl.
Mix everything until well combined.
Do not overmix it.
Step 3:
Cover your sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Roll the edges until they fit in the sheet and look like a pan.
Add more foil to deepen and reinforce the sides.
Be sure that the sides are sturdy enough to hold your meatloaf.
Grease it with cooking spray.
Step 4:
Transfer the meat mixture to your premade pan and form it into a loaf.
confirm you secure the edges, as you want to trap the juices.
Step 5:
Place inside the oven and bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
Step 6:
Make the glaze.
Step 7:
Remove the meatloaf from the pan and place it on your serving plate.
Cover it with the glaze, then place it on your broiler for 5 minutes on high.
Step 8:
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
