Add 1 large egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Stir until well incorporated.

Place a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface and transfer the dough.

Get a small portion and roll it into a ball.

Press it into a 2.5-inch tart mold.

Repeat with the remaining dough.

Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Place it in a 370F preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Once done, let it cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from the mold.

Mix until smooth and set it aside.

Let it come to a simmer and remove it from the heat.
