In the bowl with the yolks, add 1/2 cup sugar and whisk.

Next, add 60 ml of chocolate milk, 50 ml of oil, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Whisk everything to combine, then set aside.
Next, whisk the egg whites with a handed mixer.
Add 1/8 tsp cream of tartar and 1/8 cup caster sugar gradually and continue to whisk until soft peaks.
While waiting, make the chocolate sauce.
Whisk well, turn on the heat to low, and continue to whisk until it thickens.
Once thickens, remove it from the heat and add the dark chocolate.
Mix until the chocolate fully dissolves and let it sit until cooled completely.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate sauce into the center until it covers the whole cake.
Let it sit in the fridge for one to two hours, then sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
