In a saucepan, add half of the sugar and salt.

Cook over medium heat until it is steaming hot.

How to Make Biscoff and Cream Dessert

Step 2:

In a bowl, add egg yolks, sugar, cream, and cornstarch.

Step 3:

Pour the hot milk into the egg mixture and whisk to combine.

Transfer the mixture back to the saucepan and let it cook over medium heat, whisking continuously until thick.

Step 4:

Once thick, remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and butter.

Place a strainer over a large bowl, and pour the cream.

Step 6:

Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking tray with the cookies.

Add another layer of cookies if desired.

Top it with half of the cream.

Add another layer or two of cookies.

Spread the remaining cream on top.

Cover it with a plastic wrap.

Step 8:

Add the remaining cookies to a food processor and pulse into crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumbled cookies over the cream.

Slice it into portions.
