After this, add the toasted nuts to the bowl of digestive biscuits.
Next, in a small saucepan, add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Whisk them well, then gradually pour 1 cup of water.
Add 2/3 cup of butter, then place the saucepan over the stove.
Boil it for seven to eight minutes at medium heat while stirring frequently.
Transfer the mixture to a non-stick cake ware and use the back of the spoon to press the mixture.
Cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour.
While waiting, make the chocolate ganache.
In a small saucepan, add 1/2 cup whipping cream and heat it until it just begins to boil.
After this, combined it with 4 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate.
Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
