This pattern is so much easier than it looks.
For this project, you need 5-inch squares and a football-shaped template.

Slowly cut it out using a rotary cutter.
Step 2:
Get your interfacing and fold it in half.
Do the same thing with the template.
Step 3:
Lay your cut-out fabric down and get the cut interfacing.
Feel the bumpy side and place it on top of the fabric.
Line it up and sew a quarter of an inch on the outside edge, completely enclosing.
Trim the ends a little bit do not cut on the stitches.
Turn it right side out.
see to it that the points are a quarter of an inch away from the edges.
Sew it around the edges with a blanket stitch.
Make 3 more of this block.
Step 6:
Arrange the blocks into a four-patch.
Put them together so that all points are facing toward the middle.
Sew with a quarter of an inch seam allowance.
