Craving for smoky fall-off-the-bone ribs but cant make one because of the cold weather outside?
No need for a smoker or a grill, as it will turn out equally delicious.
The meat is tender and juicy, even better with the rich, savory sauce.

you might serve it withcreamy mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, or your preferred sides.
This will help with the pullback as the beef cooks.
Drizzle with olive oil and coat all sides.
Step 3:
Make the rub.
Mix until well combined.
Step 4:
Place the ribs into a chopping board.
Sprinkle the rub on all sides and press them onto the skin.
Dab the rib onto the excess seasonings on the cutting board.
Step 5:
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Place the seasoned ribs.
Step 6:
Place the wire rack in the middle.
Check the ribs and bake more if needed until you achieve your preferred tenderness.
You want it to be tender with a little resistance when you poke it with a toothpick.
Remove from the oven once done.
Step 7:
Turn your oven to 425F.
After that, remove them from the oven and let them rest covered for about 25 to 30 minutes.
