Why Use Cupcake Liners to Make Paper Flowers?

The number will depend on how full and layered you want your paper roses to be.
Gently flatten each liner, then fold into quarters.
Step 2: Assembling the paper flowers
Get your glass.
Take one folded cupcake liner and place it over the rim so the sides hang loosely.
Add hot glue to the crimped end, then place another one, overlapping with the first cupcake liner.
Repeat the process all the way around.
For the next layers, place the cupcake liners in between the previously placed liners.
when you obtain used up all of the pieces, it should look like this.
Step 3: Removing the Flower
Turn the glass over, then carefully remove the flower.
