confirm they are sterilized, free from dirt, and dry.
Step 2:
Peel the onions and remove the ends.
Slice into half, then cut into thin slices.
Place them in a colander with a bowl on the bottom.
Pour hot water over the onions and stir it.
Set it aside for 1 minute.
This process will remove the oniony flavor.
Give it a good mix and set it aside.
Step 4:
Distribute the onions into three different mason jars.
Step 5:
Cut the jalapeno and add it to your first jar.
In the second jar, add 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper.
In the last jar, add 1 tablespoon of whole peppercorns.
Give each one a good shake.
Let these sit on your fridge overnight before eating them.
