Cut the potato into small pieces.
Transfer them to a bowl and add 15 ml water.
Microwave for four to five minutes.
After this, mash them and transfer them to a bigger bowl.
Mix and leave for five minutes.
Mix well until dough forms, then let it rest for 20 minutes covered.
Once the butter is fully incorporated, cover it and let it rise until doubles in size.
Deflate the bubbles once it doubles in size, then transfer it to a floured surface.
Now, flour each piece and shape them into a smaller ball.
Repeat this process, then place each ball into a non-stick baking pan.

Cover and let them rise for 45 minutes.
Bake them at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes.
