Back with the dough, take the dough out of the plastic cellophane.

Sprinkle some flour on the counter and roll out your dough.

Take the butter out of the fridge and place it in the center of the dough.

Cover the butter with the side edges of the dough and roll it out.

Grease a pan with a generous amount of baking spray and place it in the pastry dough.

Cover the pans with plastic cellophane and place them in a warm place to ferment for about 150 minutes.

When done, brush some egg wash on top of the dough.

Carefully place the dough in the oven to bake for 25 minutes at 340F.

Lastly, gently take it out of the oven and brush on some melted butter.
