Whisk well, then add 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp salt.
Continue whisking until sugar and salt dissolve.
Once done, add the dry yeast and 2 3/4 cups of bread flour.
Mix well until dough forms, then cover it and leave for 20 minutes to rise.
After 20 minutes, add the butter and mix it in until fully incorporated.
After this, transfer the dough to your working surface.
Knead it for eight to ten minutes until the surface is smooth.
In the meantime, grease your square pan with cooking oil, and line it with parchment paper.
Roll each dough piece, then cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
After this, roll each again, then transfer them to the prepared pan.
After 20 minutes, lower the temperature to 320 degrees F and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
After baking, brush the top with melted butter.
