For this project, you will be using three different fabrics light, medium, and dark.
If you use both dark fabrics, the overall look will be different.
This pattern is easy to make and not as hard as it looks.
Give this beautiful design a try for your next quilt project.
Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner in both directions.
Sew 1/4 away on either side of the lines.
Cut directly on the lines and in half in both directions.
Press them open towards the dark side, then square them to 4 1/2 squares.
Do the same for 12 pieces of 10 fabric A squares and 12 pieces of 10 fabric C squares.
Step 4:
Sew all the A/B pairs to the A/C pairs to make a block.
ensure the A/B is on top.
Repeat with the remaining units.
Arrange the units together with the sashing in between to make the block.
