Step 2:
Quickly dip spring roll water in warm water and lay on a flat surface.
Add lettuce on one side, followed by carrots, crab sticks, cucumber, and mango slices.
Fold the end and the sides, then start rolling it.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Step 3:
Make the sauce.
In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
Step 4:
Slice the spring rolls in half then serve with the sauce.
Slice the carrots and cucumber into thin strips.
Cut the shrimp in half and chop the cilantro and lettuce into big pieces.

Fold the bottom and sides, then roll.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
Serve the spring rolls with the sauce.
