Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Add 2 large eggs to the mixture and whisk until well incorporated and smooth.
Step 3:
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Mix until just combined.
Do not overmix it.
Step 5:
Put the icing sugar in a bowl.
Place each into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press lightly to flatten.
Step 6:
Bake in a preheated oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once done baking, let the cookies cool completely on a rack or chopping board.
