Make this garlic cheese potato cake by Cooking Haru!
Its super easy to make, and it only requires a few ingredients.

Its filling and delicious the perfect snack to have any time of the day.

Place in a bowl and fill it with water.
Stir to remove starch.
Step 2:
Place a deep pan over medium heat and add oil.
Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Mix and double-check its properly seasoned.
Do not fully cook the potatoes, as you will still cook them later on.
you could add some butter at the end.
Mix until well combined.
Adjust the amount of garlic and curry powder according to your taste.
Step 4:
Add the cooked potatoes and mix until everything is coated.
Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Transfer the potatoes with the egg mixture to the prepared cake mold.
Cover the top with foil.
Step 7:
Place inside the preheated oven at 356F and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Melt the cheese in the oven at 356 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Step 9:
Remove from the mold and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Slice and serve with salsa.
