These garlic green beans byLisa Linare so simple but incredibly delicious.
These are often served at Chinese restaurants, but I can say this homemade recipe is so much better.
Try it at home I bet youll be surprised how good this dish is.

Ingredients
Note: You want tender and young green beans.
If you’re able to, pick ones that are slender.
Avoid those that have bulging seeds inside because they tend to be tough.
Snap off the end then snap it in half.
Next, rinse the beans thoroughly.
You want to check that the green beans dry thoroughly.
Step 2:
Pour about 1/2 to 1-inch oil into a wok over medium-high heat.
To see if the oil is hot enough, stick bamboo chopsticks into the bottom of the wok.
If you see tiny bubbles forming rapidly, the oil is ready.
you’re able to also use this with bamboo utensils.
Step 3:
Cooking in batches, carefully add green beans to the wok.
Fry the beans for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until their skin starts to wrinkle.
Remove the green beans and strain to remove excess oil.
Place on a plate lined with paper towel.
Repeat with the remaining green beans.
Once done, pour all the oil into a bowl or jar.
Step 4:
Add the minced garlic to the same wok and cook for about 30 seconds.
Turn off the heat and add the green beans back to the wok.
Step 6:
Serve and enjoy!
