I have never heard of this recipe before, and I am sure most of you still havent.
If you are looking for a new and unique recipe, give this dish a try.
The shrimp is perfectly cooked and seasoned.

If you love cooking Asian recipes, you probably have most of them in your pantry.
Pat dry with a paper towel.
confirm to dry them as you could.
Transfer to a dry bowl.
Add the cornstarch and mix until coated.
Step 2:
Make the soy sauce.
In a large bowl, add ketchup, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Place a pan over medium-high heat.
Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
Once the oil is hot, add the coated shrimp to the pan in a single layer.
Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Transfer to a plate.
Step 4:
Lower the heat to medium.
Once the garlic is just about to turn golden, add the ketchup sauce.
Stir fry for a few minutes, then add some rice wine.
Mix then cook the alcohol off.
Step 5:
Add the shrimp and the green onions to the pan.
Quickly toast the shrimp until coated with the sauce.
