Next, roast two garlic cloves and one habanero on a griddle over medium heat.
Continue to grind until pasty texture.
Mash it down, keeping the chunky consistency.
After this, squeeze out half a lime into the mixture, then mix it with a spoon.
Lastly, add the chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
Mix everything to combine.
Season with 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste).
