It combines both patterns so you will be doing the same process with this design.
I definitely find this pattern fun.
you’re free to see the flying geese moving since the triangle is moving up and down.
If you still dont have a project lined up, why dont you try this quilt pattern?
Watch the video below for the step-by-step instructions from Jenny Doan.
Take the binding tool and place it on the strip.
Trim off the selvage edge and cut the slanted edge.
You will get pieces that go to the left and some pieces that go to the right.
Make two stacks for these pieces.
You need 100 pieces for each direction.
Get one and place it on the straight end of one of the cut pieces.
Just confirm that whatever angle the diagonal cut is you are coming in toward it.
Cut 1/4 away from the sewn line and press it open.
Repeat to all of your pieces.
Step 3:
Get 2 1/2 squares and cut directly in half diagonally.
Sew it next to the geese just like in the photo below.
Next, get another geese and lay it on top.
The fabric should always go up next to the white.
Keep on adding on top and on the side.
You need 20 pieces(one side) for each row.
On the end, use the small white triangle as the guide and trim the excess off.
On the front, cut triangles from a 6 1/2 and 5 1/2 squares and sew them.
Trim the excess of your block.
