Once fully cooked, remove it from the heat, drain the excess liquid, and set it aside.
Next, pour 1 1/2 cups of low-sodium beef broth and stir vigorously until no lumps are left.

Raise the heat to high and continue whisking until the sauce thickens.
Stir it in until well combined.
Season it with 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, stir in the cooked egg noodles.
Garnish with fresh or dried parsley, then serve.
