Do the same with the potatoes in a different bowl.
Step 2:
Peel and grate the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Saute for a few seconds, then add the ginger and onion.
Cook until golden brown.
Season with black pepper, salt, cumin, and chopped parsley.
Mix until well combined.
it’s possible for you to also mix it with your hands.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 6:
Add two tablespoons of olive oil to a frying pan.
Step 7:
Make the sauce.
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 8:
Serve with the sauce while warm.
