Step 2:
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the salmon, top-side down.
Once done, transfer it to a plate and let it cool to room temperature.
Flake the salmon with forks into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3:
Arrange the romaine lettuce on your serving bowl or plate.
Step 5:
In a measuring cup, combine dressing ingredients.
Drizzle evenly over the salad before serving.
