This one-pan meal is super easy and quick to make and has loads of flavor that will surprise you.

Fry for about 3 minutes.
Next, season it with salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix well then fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Fry on medium-high heat until it starts to caramelize.
Step 3:
Add 2 teaspoons of ginger and 2 teaspoons of garlic to the onions.
Fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the strained tomatoes.
Mix and cook for another 2 minutes.

Increase the heat to medium-high then add 1 and 1/2 cups of water.
Mix and bring it to a boil.
