You have to try this it is way better than the ones from the store.
Its natural and doesnt have any processed ingredients.
Add the almonds and toast for about 2 minutes.
Next, add the walnut and pumpkin seeds.
Toast them for about 2 minutes more.
Once toasted, immediately remove from heat and transfer to a heat-proof plate.
Set aside and allow it to cool completely.
Step 2:
Add the dates and almond butter to your food processor and blend it well.
Next, add the toasted nuts, goji berries, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Blend it into a course mixture.
Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan and press it into the bottom with a spoon.
Be sure to press it firmly, especially the corners to prevent air gaps and crumbling while cutting.
Smoothen the surface well.
Once set, remove it from the pan and slice it into your desired shape using a sharp knife.
Be sure to clean the knife with a paper towel in between cuts.
you could store them in the fridge for about 3 to 4 weeks.
