Mix them well together.
Next, add six large eggs and 3 tbsp vanilla extract and mix.
Next, add a little bit of flour and 3 1/2 cups candied mixed fruit.
Mix together, then stir in 4 cups of chopped pecans.
Now, add the flour mixture and fold them in together.
Top your cake with 1 2 cups of large mixed-colored candied fruits and 4 cups of whole pecans.
Then, turn oven to 250 degrees and bake for two hours.
In the meantime, make the glaze.
Heat your jelly in a nonstick pan, then brush it over the top of the cake.
