Continue to whisk until well combined, then set it aside.

Fill your glass with cream soda, leaving room for the whipped cream.
Step 5:
Transfer the cream mixture to a resealable bag.
Cut the tip of the bag at the 1/2 mark.
Pipe the cream mixture on top of your drink.

Drizzle more butterscotch syrup on top if preferred.
