Mix everything using a whisk or an immersion blender.
Once done, strain the mixture into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add 1.4 oz of white chocolate into the mixture while its hot.
Mix until melted and well incorporated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Step 4:
Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Thump the mold to fill the voids.
Cover with the lid and place in the freezer.
Freeze the ice cream for about 10 hours.
Remove from the mold then serve.
