Set it aside for later.
Step 2:
Place a sifter in a large bowl.
Mix all dry ingredients until well combined.
Step 3:
Use a double boiler to make the chocolate.
Place a heatproof bowl on top of a pot with boiling water.
Add the butter and ghee mixture, then gradually add the dry mixture.
Mix well using a spatula after every addition.
It should have a thick consistency.
Step 4:
Add three drops of vanilla extract to the mixture and mix again until smooth.
Step 5:
Pour hot chocolate into the mold.
Gently tap to spread it evenly and remove air bubbles.
Step 6:
Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for four to six hours until set.
Once set, remove from the mold and enjoy.
