Having this again after a few years made me reminisce about my childhood!
They are incredibly tasty and addictive, just like I remember it to be, or maybe even better.
you’re able to usually find these in candy shops, but they can be quite expensive.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pecans.
Toast for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Once toasted, transfer to a cutting board and chop finely.
Mix everything well with a spatula.
Step 4:
Place the bowl of mixture into the microwave for about six minutes.
Step 5:
Remove from the microwave and add the vanilla extract.
Step 6:
Add the chopped pecans to the mixture and mix it well.
Let it cool for a little bit.
Take it out and line it with parchment paper.
Take a small portion of the mixture with the pecans and pour into the prepared sheet.
Repeat to fill the baking sheet.
ensure to space them out.
Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining pieces.
Put it inside the refrigerator and let it set.
