In a bowl, add hot water and 1 dishwasher tablet.
Soak the tablet until it fully dissolves, then add 3 4 tbsp baking soda.
Mix well, making sure everything dissolves nicely.
Once done, pour the mixture into the plastic bag with the racks.
Tightly tie the bag closed, then place it on a towel-lined surface flatly.
Step 2
Once done, initiate the plastic bag and remove the oven racks.
Rinse the oven racks under running water, then dry them with a kitchen towel.
Place the racks back into the oven once done.
