Fold it in half and pinch to mark the center.
Fold the binding over, just covering the stitching, then clip the center.
Fold along and push the end into the binding.
Adjust it until a nice neat triangle, then clip it in place.
Repeat on the other side.
Edge stitch close to the fold, backtacking at each.
