My family is really into cooking and I have a cousin who cooks amazing dishes.
He always tells me that gas cooktops are so much better than electric burners.
According to him, gas stoves provide better heat control and I completely agree with that!

I remember using an electric portable stove to cook pancakes once, and it was a disaster.
I couldnt get the temperature right, so the pancakes turned out either burnt or raw inside.
But something that annoys me when using stove burners is when it wont light up.
I have to use an igniter lighter just to light it up.
So I searched online how to fix it and found this tutorial byChris Notap.
I tried the methods that he shared, and they definitely worked.
He will teach you how to fix a stove burner that wont light in 60 seconds.
It turns out it is very easy to do.
If it is, move it to the center and hit it one more time.
Method 2
test whether there is food around the igniter.
Remove if there are bits of food, insects, or sauce.
To clean the sauce, dip an old toothbrush into hot water, then scrub it.
Wipe with a tissue or dry cloth.
Method 3
check that the little notch is clear.
The notch allows the gas to get to the igniter.
Some gas stoves have a hole drilled down below.
In both cases, check that the slot and hole are clear.
