Berries can be enjoyed year-round, but they are so much better when they are in season.

How to Wash Berries With Vinegar Bath
Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in advance.
Raspberries are too delicate to be washed in advancedo not wash them.
Make the vinegar bath.
Use a salad spinner to wash your berries.
In your salad spinner, combine 3 cups of water with a quarter cup of white vinegar.
Add the berries to the vinegar bath.
Let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.
After 5 to 10 minutes, pour the water out and rinse the berries off.
Bring them back to the counter.
Lay out a towel on your counter, then place the berries.
Spread them and let them air dry for an hour or two.
Line the bottom with a paper towel, then add the berries.
The paper towel will absorb the moisture after a few days.
