One of the hobbies that I still like to do today is knitting.
It has calmed my anxiety and grounded me in the times that have really struck me.

Now, I want to share knitting projects to help others learn the art of self-nurturing.

Prepare all the needed materials.
once you nail needed all the dolls parts, it is time to assemble.
First, knit on the dolls hair using the yarn or thread that was used to knit it.
Third, place the dolls belt on her waist and sew it in place.
Fifth, place the dolls necklace around her neck and sew it in place using the white yarn thread.
Then, sew on a small pendant at its center.
For the fun part, choose the dolls eyes by choosing the thread color and sewing them in place.
Also, sew on her lips and brush on her blush using a color pencil and cotton buds.
Lastly, sew on her cute and lovely headband in place.
You have made a wonderful doll.
