No need for special equipment just your basic craft supplies!

Cut excess and remove it from your finger.
Get a small piece of yarn and tie it tightly around the middle of the loops.
Step 2:
Get the colored yarn and wrap it onto your index finger 50 times.
Cut excess and remove it from your finger.
Repeat and make another one.
Step 3:
Cut both loops on each side of the white piece you made earlier.
Repeat with the one of the colored pieces, then trim it into a ball.
Glue it on top of the other untrimmed colored piece, then glue it to the white pom pom.
Slightly trim the top.
Step 4:
Glue two black beads onto the side of wooden bead for the eyes.
Set aside to dry.
Get the wire and pencil.
Cut the excess and fold it in the middle.
Glue it onto the middle of the wooden bead.
Step 5:
Glue the wooden bead with glasses and eyes into the head of the gnome.
Tie the ends together.
