For the border, cut eight 3 1/2 strips WOF.
Set them aside by their color.
Next, sew them together in three combinations.
Second combination: 2 1/2 solid strip + four jelly roll strips (total of four sets).
Third combination: 2 1/2 solid strips + three jelly roll strips (total of eight sets).
Do this once with each of the colors, then sew them together.
For the last set, take two solid strips and pair them with three jelly roll strips.
Now, lay the pieces to make the quilt top.
Youll have six blocks on each row in a total of eight rows.
Mix up the blocks to make it look scrappy.
