take a ruler and connect the two holes with a marker.

Cut the bottom of a plastic bottle using a blade or scissors.
Place the can with the open side down on the plastic bottle bottom.
Use a blower or heat gun to seal it.
Cut on one side using a blade, then remove it.
Drill a hole in the center and place it back.
Bend it on the markings.
Insert screws in the small holes.
It should be on all the way down to the first bend.
Fill the cap with hot glue and let it dry.
