Straighten the edge of the top and bottom parts using a pair of sharp scissors.
Step 2:
Pour water into the bottom plasticmake sure that its just about one-third.
Next, add about four teaspoons of sugar, and one teaspoon of honey.
Mix until well combined.
check that that the neck doesnt touch the water.
Tape the top edge with transparent tape.
There should be no gaps.
