I cant believe you’re able to easily form the shapes with just pantyhose.

Then insert the bottom part into a large can.
Secure it with an elastic.
Step 2:
Combine cement with water.
It must be a paste-like texture.
Pour some into the pantyhose, then remove it from the can.
Tie it with an elastic, then place it on an upside-down glass.
check that to stretch the fabric so that it forms into a dome.
Step 3:
Get the top part of the pantyhose and toe the other end.
Repeat step 2 but add more cement.
Form it into a cone shape while it dries.
This will be the stand.
Sand each one to make them smooth.
Drill a hole in the center of the dome.
For the stand, cut the top part and make it flat using a grinder.
Step 5:
Make more cement paste.
It should be thick and not runny.
Fill the dome with the mixture, then insert the stand.
Flip it and let it dry.
Step 6:
Once dry, paint it white.
After that, paint the dome in red color.
Once it dries, paint circles and design it however you like.
