To make this project, you will need plain white candles or whatever you have.
If you want it to look more like coffee, you might definitely use brown candles.

It is a great way to reuse them instead of throwing them in the trash.
Fill a pot with water and place over low heat.
Put the heat-safe container with the candles inside the pot and melt the candles.
Wrap the excess wick onto the stick.
This will hold it while the candle sets.
Repeat several times until you fill the whole cup.

Set it aside and let it set.
