This is definitely the best dessert for all the cookie and ice cream lovers out there.
Its fudgy, rich, and chocolatey.

Good thing I saw this amazing recipe byDaveHaxon Youtube.
Its so good we are making them again this weekend.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Step 2:
Add 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Mix until well incorporated with the mixture.
Step 3:
Add the self-rising flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Fold the mixture until it becomes a firm dough.
Step 4:
Put the chocolate chips and use your hands to knead them into the dough.
Step 5:
Take a cupcake tray and turn it upside down.
Grease it with butter.
verify its covered all the way around.
Do the same for the other molds you greased earlier.
Bake for about 12 minutes.
Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 8:
Remove it from the tray and you have a cookie dough bowl.
Place on a plate and serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
Garnish with chocolate sauce on top if preferred.
