I couldnt count how many times Ive made this at home.
Everybody loves it, even the kids.
I tried it once, and it was amazing too.
If you dont like adding beer to your recipes like we do, you could use self-raising flour!
It will give the same light and crispy batter that you are looking for.
It will surely turn out delicious.
Step 2:
Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup of water.
Whisk until well combined.
Cook until golden brown on all sides.
Once done, transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel.
Continue cooking the remaining fish.
