Tassels are great embellishments for throw pillows, curtains, table runners, and bags.
I usually create my own because I cant find the colors I want from the store.
I always have fun making this as I mix and match different colors of threads and beads.

Step 2:
Separate the 6 strands into 2, 3 strands each.
Hold each with your hands and pull them apart.
Now, you have two threads.
Step 3:
Get 1 pack (26.2 inches long) of the embroidery thread.
Remove one of the labels.
Place the other one in the center.
Separate the threads on each of the ends to find the center.
Fold and hold it with your hand.
Step 4:
Insert the three-strand thread into the center loops and tie it into a knot.
Pull the 3-strand to make it easier.
Put it just below the top, not in the middle.
Cut the excess thread.
Step 8:
Pull the label just above the bottom end and cut the thread straight.
Step 10:
Remove the label, and you are done.
