You dont need expert baking skills to bake one at home.
It does not require kneading, but you will fold the dough a couple of times.

Give everything a quick stir.
Make a well in the center.
Grab another bowl, and add warm water and sea salt.
Give it a quick stir.
Step 2:
Pour the warm water mixture into the flour mixture.
Drizzle two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Use your hands to stir the mixture together.

Transfer to a lightly greased bowl.

Let the dough set until it doubles in size in the fridge.
Step 4:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Transfer the dough to the greased pan.
Gently press the dough and stretch it into each corner of the rectangular pan.
Just wet your hand if it sticks to your hand.
Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a place between 80F to 90F for about an hour.
An oven with a light left on is the perfect environment for proofing.
Step 5:
Fill a bowl with water and dip your fingers.
Start dimpling your focaccia dough.
Press straight down to the bottom of the pan.
Cover and stick back to the oven.
Proof for another 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 6:
Add the toppings.
Bake in the middle rack of a 450F preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
When the internal temp hits 190F, your bread is done.
Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool for a few minutes.
