Ever wondered if you could make hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs in your microwave?
Turns out you’re able to!
When I tried it before, the egg just exploded.

I thought it was impossible until I sawRandys family kitchens video on YouTube.
I learned that I was missing one important ingredient: salt.
When you try this method at home, do not forget the salt.
It is very important.
The cooking time depends on your preferred doneness.
Place your egg inside to measure how tall it is when laid flat.
When he measured it, it showed 1 cup on the measuring cup.
Step 3:
Add a heaping teaspoon of salt.
Step 4:
Place in the microwave.
For a hard-boiled egg, cook for 5 minutes.
For a soft-boiled egg, cook for only 4 to 5 minutes.
If you want the yolk to be runnier, reduce the cooking time.
Step 5:
While waiting, fill a bowl with water and ice cubes.
Step 6:
Once the egg is done, wear kitchen mittens and remove the cup.
Be careful as the water in the measuring cup is extremely hot.
Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
