They can be paired with so many dishes.
Aside from meat, you’re free to try it with fish or roasted asparagus.
Some even serve it with salty cheese.
They have the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors, making them a classic favorite side dish.
Slice carrots at an angle into 2 to 3-inch pieces, then transfer into a large mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
Transfer carrots on the prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.
Step 5:
Once done, transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley if preferred.
