Cook 1 pound of rotini pasta based on package instructions.
Once finished cooking, drain the pasta and run it under cold water to cool.
Step 2:
While the pasta is cooking, slice the cherry tomatoes in halves.
Next, slice the mozzarella balls into halves as well.
you’re free to leave them whole if preferred.

Make the dressing.
Step 4:
Pour the homemade dressing over the pasta.
Toss all ingredients until everything is well combined.
