Step 2:
Remove the membrane or the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
Step 3:
Rub some of the liquid smoke into the ribs.
Next, combine all the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle into the ribs.
Flip it onto a lined sheet of aluminum foil and repeat the process.
Step 4:
Tightly close it in the lined aluminum foil.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 2 and 1/2 hours.
Step 5:
While waiting, make the barbecue sauce.
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
After 2 and 1/2 hours, remove the rib from the foil and spread the barbecue sauce.
Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for additional 15 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
